Our new website is live

“Less, but better” – Dieter Rams' principle guided us throughout the redesign of our website. The result is calmer, clearer and easier to navigate than before. Above all, the new site offers something we never had: an area just for our members.

The member area

Once you sign in, the member area brings together everything that makes the Förderkreis a community:

Member directory

Get to know fellow collectors. You can search the directory by name, location or interest, for example to find members near you or someone who shares your passion for audio equipment. The directory is visible to members only.

Bulletin board

Buy, sell, swap: on the bulletin board you can post your own listings and browse what other members are offering. Whether it's a spare part you've been hunting for or a duplicate from your own collection, this is where it finds someone who will appreciate it.

Anecdotes

Dieter Rams, Dietrich Lubs and many other companions tell first-hand stories of their time at Braun: about design, about the company, and about the small moments that aren't recorded anywhere else. The full video archive is exclusive to members.

Your profile

You decide what other members learn about you. A profile picture, a few lines about yourself and your collecting interests take only a minute, and you control your profile's visibility. Your profile is never visible to the public.

And for everyone else

There's plenty to discover without signing in, too: the Braun+Design Fair now has its own pages, with everything visitors and exhibitors need to know and a look back at more than four decades of fair history since 1982. Under “News” we keep you up to date on the association, the collection and the exhibition. And the entire website is now available in English, so our international friends of Braun design can find their way around just as easily.

How to sign in

All members can sign in with their existing login details. If you run into any problems, just get in touch.

Once signed in, you can add your email address and set a new password in your profile. That also lets you use the “Forgot password” function in future.
